univetsal I’m also having this problem, rolled out xenapp 6. Posted November 29, Make sure the policy is higher priority than Unfiltered and assign to a test user.

These are supposed to be user based policies, so not sure a reboot will fix it. There should be one for almost every one of the printers you use. uuniversal

What I notice is this 1. Hi, I’ve setup a policy to auto create the client’s default printer only using Universal Printer Driver, but the printer isn’t being autocreated.

The driver has not been mapped. I universa the version of Citrix universal printer driver in XeApp 6. I was setting up the policy on the Citrix App Center and it wasn’t working so I created the same policy using Group Policy Management and the printer auto creation is running fine now.

At least one condition of each filter type must match for the policy to be included. The results are below: I checked the event viewer and there is no relevant entries. Hieu Phan on May 31, Posted June 5, Can you disable the Citrix policy and then login with the user and see if any printers map.

We tried to reintall Ricoh and Kyocera on the client, but it didn’t help much. Have tried recreated the policies in app center and GP, no difference. Upvote if you also have this question or find it interesting.
